This pork belly comes from a secular, artisanal tradition still present in many areas of Italy. This is a handmade product, very tasty and spicy,which owes its particular aroma to the rich preparation and maturing process. A process that can last up to four months, to give the right fragrance to the meat, and is presented with a red cut with evident white intramuscular fat.
