Nduja is a typical cured meat of the Poro plateau areas, it is prepared with the fatty parts of the pig, with the addition of Calabrian hot pepper. Stuffed into the intestine, it is then smoked to enhance the flavors.
The Nero d’Aspromonte meats make it a unique product.
