Cheese flavored with pure saffron. The saffron is crumbled and dissolved in milk just before being curdled; this gives the characteristic yellow color with very small orange spots, due to the larger grains of the saffron The particularly intense aroma is due to crushing at the time of milk processing.

  • Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet and saffron. Treated on the surface with E235, E203.
