Smooth, soft and compact cheese, processed with traditional methods with the addition of selected enzymes. After a first phase of seasoning it is born with powder of blackthorn to slow the seasoning and keep the aromas and delicacy of the cheese longer. Milk white paste color, silky in the mouth, delicate and buttery aftertaste.

  • Ageing: 4 months.
  • Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Crust not edible. Treated on the surface with blackthorns powder.
