Smooth cheese, compact and buttery in the mouth, processed with traditional methods with the addition of selected enzymes. After a first seasoning phase is covered with red clay to slow down the seasoning and keep the aromas and delicacy of the cheese longer. Milky white, silky paste colorin the mouth, aftertaste with a slight hint of goat’s milk.

  • Ageing: 3 months.
  • Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Crust not edible. Treated on the surface with clay.
