A milky white cheese with a compact paste. As soon as the molds start to activate, the cheese is placed in beech wood boxes covered in layers of dried black tea. The flavouring with black tea gives ita unique and particular taste that makes it perfect also as a dessert.
- Ageing: 4 months.
- Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Crust not edible. Treated on the surface with black tea.
