Goat cheese carob flavoured

Smooth, soft cheese and elastic, worked with traditional methods with the addition of selected ferments, silky in the mouth with a soft and delicate flavor. After a first phase of seasoning it is covered with carob powder to slow the seasoning and keep the aromas and delicacy of the cheese longer.

  • Ageing: 3 months
  • Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Crust not edible. Treated in surface with carob.
